Bibury Farm trout stuffed with almonds, artichokes and mint wrapped in bacon served with courgette chips, homegrown peashoot and pea salad and a Cotteswold Dairy yogurt dressing
Meringue kisses with chocolate, mint, cream and fresh local berries
